- Close games will be decided by a final duel matching one team's DH
against the opposing team's 'closer'

Rule Details
Batting
- Batting order determined by manager
- Each player on team must bat at least once per game
- Pinch hitters or DH's (maybe)
- A coin toss will add additional chance to each at bat
- there will also be random wild pitches, hit batters, b.o.b, and
pass balls
Outs
- batter 'striking out'
- put out on the basepath by correct answer by defensive team
Defense
- Some types of pitches require defensive 'plays' , when each batter
comes up to bat one player from the opposing team will come up to play
defense if required
- Future - pick off plays, stealing bases, double plays
- Team on defense my limit # of bases on some hits and may throw out
baserunners attempting to stretch a hit out on the basepath
Teams
Class is divided into two teams
- Each team will form a line in the order batting order submitted by
their manager
- A second line will be formed to form the defense, everyone on the
team bats
- Only 9 from that team must also play defense
Managers
- Team Managers/Captains Submit Batting & Fielding Order
- Order will remain the same until the final 2 outs
Batting
- Batter calls out desired pitch type
- 3 strikes make an out
- On third strike there may be a pass ball(determined by coin toss)
requiring a defensive play, an incorrect answer by the defense give
the batter 1st base
- In some cases the team on defense will have to answer a question
to get the batter/baserunner out or prevent him from advancing
